🌟 Make a meaningful induction playlist

🌟 Have each MIT write a letter for her future self to open at her life ceremony

🌟 Make BBYO bucket lists or memory boxes

🌟 Give out MIT kits filled with chapter merch, a puffy-painted candle, your chapter candy, etc

🌟 Compile a folder for each MIT with a BBYO education packet inside

🌟 End the night with a spirit circle to teach MITs cheers
