BBYO International Convention (IC) is our flagship annual gathering — five days each February when thousands of Jewish teens from around the world come together for leadership, learning, and an unforgettable sense of community. But the fun isn't just for teens.

Join hundreds of supporters, alumni, philanthropists, gamechangers, and special guests for an unforgettable weekend in Baltimore as you experience IC 2027 firsthand. Watch as the future of our Movement takes shape and experience the hope, optimism, and pride in our community that thousands of Jewish teens share. Plus, enjoy exclusive networking opportunities and adult-only gatherings that will grow your network and leave you feeling uplifted, connected, and inspired.

We invite you to join us for community events across the weekend, including a Community Welcome Reception and Opening Ceremonies on Thursday night, as well as a BaBy-Y-O Family Singalong on Sunday morning.

Opening Ceremonies and Adult Welcome Reception

Thursday Evening, February 11

Join the adult community for a special adult Community Welcome Reception on Thursday evening at IC. Following the reception, don't miss the awe-inspiring BBYO IC 2027 Opening Ceremonies—featuring world-renowned speakers, special musical performances, and the energy of nearly 5,000 attendees united to officially launch an epic IC weekend in Baltimore.

Cost: $75 (free for Global Ambassadors Week hosts)

BaBy-Y-O Family Sing-a-long

Sunday Morning, February 14

Bring your future Alephs and BBGs to this uplifting, high-energy sing-along, brought to you by the BBYO Music Team. Bond with BBYO friends as you and your children sing, dance, and giggle together on Sunday morning at IC!

Who can attend IC 2027?

In addition to teen BBYO members, adults over the age of 21 and their families are invited to join us for the IC Adult Experience—including alumni, parents, supporters, and friends. High school students may only attend IC if they are members of BBYO who are registered for the teen IC experience (teens are not permitted to register for the IC Adult Experience with their families). Children who are in eighth grade or below are permitted to attend IC with their families and must be supervised at all times while at IC.

What dates are adults invited to attend IC?

Please review the package descriptions above to explore the dates you can attend IC. We offer the Stakeholder Experience (midday Thursday though midday Friday), the Shabbat Experience (Friday evening through Saturday evening), and the Five-Day Adult Experience for those who want to experience the magic of IC across the full weekend (Wednesday through Sunday). There is also an option to purchase special program passes throughout the weekend.

Where will IC 2027 take place?

Are hotel accommodations included with IC adult registration?

This year, adult guests at IC will stay at a separate hotel close to the main IC site. Hotel accommodation may be added to your IC adult registration at an extra cost of $240 per night. Alternatively, adults are invited to book their own offsite accommodation, but please note that BBYO does not offer any discounted block rates at other hotels. Transportation will not be provided between hotels and the main IC site.

What meals are included at IC?

For guests attending the Stakeholder Experience, meals are provided beginning with lunch on Thursday at 12:00 PM, the Thursday evening Welcome Reception (light bites), the Thursday late-night reception, and Friday breakfast.

Guests attending the Shabbat Experience are invited to join BBYO for Friday night Shabbat dinner followed by a dessert oneg, brunch on Saturday morning, and Saturday dinner.

Guests attending the Five-Day Adult Experience receive dinner on Wednesday; lunch and a Welcome Reception on Thursday; breakfast, Shabbat dinner, and dessert oneg on Friday; and brunch and dinner on Saturday.

Can I bring my kids with me to Convention?

Absolutely! We’re excited to welcome future Alephs and BBGs to experience the magic of IC alongside our alumni and guests. Please note that anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while in the convention space. High school-aged teens must be registered as official IC teen participants, stay onsite with other teen delegates, and participate for the full duration of the program. Guests ages 5 and under may attend free of charge, and all guests—regardless of age—must be registered to access convention spaces. Families hosting BBYO teens during Global Ambassadors Week may register their children as guests free of charge, provided they are not high school aged.

I’m a parent of a BBYO teen who is also interested in attending IC. Can I register us both at the same time?

Adult and teen registration paths are separate. Teen registration will open on September 30, and adult registration will open shortly after at a date to be announced soon. Stay tuned for updates!

As teen registration is expected to sell out quickly, we strongly recommend registering your teen as soon as registration opens on September 30.

Can I apply to be a speaker for teens or adults attending IC?

We're very interested in hearing from alumni or other adults who want to lead workshops and sessions at IC, as well as those who want to speak on a panel about a topic of expertise. How are safety and security managed at IC?

BBYO takes every precaution regarding security at IC. All policies, procedures, and protective measures are implemented in full collaboration with renowned security services that keep some of the American government's highest-profile events safe, in coordination with local, state, and national police and intelligence services. In addition, all adult attendees at IC will be required to consent and adhere to the Adult Guest Code of Conduct and Community Standards.
